Depth of Fill:
Standard Size Box Culvert
(width from 600mm-1800mm).
2m depth of fill inclusive of pavement plus 45 units of HB vehicle primary live loads.
Super Size Box Culvert
(width from 2100mm-3650mm)
4m depth of fill inclusive of pavement plus 45 units of HB vehicle primary live loads.
* Soil parameters used in the design:-
- Coefficient of the earth pressure of rest = 0.5
- Bulk density of the soil = 19kN/m3 |
