| BS 5400 for loading given by BD 37/01 with HB loading (45 units at ultimate) anywhere on the carriage way. |

| Prestressing Strands |
|
- 12.9mm diameter 7-wire super strands (low relaxation) conforming to BS 5896: 1980 are used.
- Minimum ultimate tensile strength is 186 KN. |

Minimum compressive concrete cube strength shall be:
At transfer = 40 N/mm2
At 28 days = 60 N/mm2 |
