SCIB Spun Pile is designed and manufactured in accordance with Malaysian Standard MS 1314:Part 4:2004. Special design to BS 8110: Part 1: 1985, BS 8004: 1986, and JIS 5335: 1987 can be provided.

There are 3 classes of Pile currently manufactured:

CLASS A (4.0 N/mm2 Effective Prestress)

*Not Recommended for Diesel Hammer

CLASS B (5.0 N/mm2 Effective Prestress)

CLASS C (7.0 N/mm2 Effective Prestress)

Materials

Cement Aggregate/Sand Prestressing Bar Links Joint Plate/Skirt Plate	MS 522 BS 882 JIS G3137 BS 4449 BS 4360	: Part 1:1989 : 1992 : 1994 : 1997 : 1990	Ordinary Portland Cement 10mm, 20mm granite, washed river/mining pond ULBON/S-BOND Steel Wire Grade 43A

Concrete

Minimum compressive concrete cube strength shall be:

at transfer - 30N/mm2
at 28 days - 75N/mm2

Pile Shoe

The pile shoe shall be either Flat Mild Steel Plate, X-Pointed Mild Steel Show, 8-Portion Show or OSLO Shoe.

Oslo Pointed Show (For Rocky Area)

8-Portion Shoe (For Marine Structure)

Standard X-Shoe (For Normal Driving)

Recommended Hammer Weight

Note:
The actual hammer to be used will depend on the pile penetration length, and working load required.
